Passionate about all things cultural, I am especially interested in intercultural interactions. More specifically, my current research focuses on the management of face and figuration during intercultural interactions in non-profit organizations. My goal is to understand how people from different cultures communicate with each other, manage possible conflicts, in order to ensure effective and respectful communication within a work team.
