As a social science enthusiast, and always on the lookout to learn something new, my general research interests are mainly in the fields of organizational communication studies and human resources. In these areas, the applications targeted by my research include internal communication, leadership demonstration, and labour relations.

In this regard, my master’s research examines, in particular, in how different forms of leadership can affect the well-being of employees in their work environment. In fact, because occupational health is a growing concern, given the high rate of absenteeism, it is essential to pay particular attention to the issues surrounding this phenomenon. Thus, my work aimes to discover and highlight the difficulties in the area of organizational management and to shed light on the richness and complexity of the issues surrounding well-being in the workplace.
