Pascale is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication, Université de Montréal. In her research, Pascale is interested in the relationship between public relations and different forms of inequality and their impact on social justice. Her work highlights the important social role of public relations in developing measures, policies, and action programs to protect marginalized communities’ interests. Alongside her interest in public relations, she has researched equity, diversity, and inclusion change initiatives in organizations. In addition to her research experience, she has held several communications and project management positions.
